1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is required in full before tickets, visas, or travel documents are issued unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies follow the rules of the respective airline, hotel, or service provider. Service fees charged by Sokeeye Travel are non-refundable.

• Flight refunds depend on the airline’s fare rules.
• Visa fees paid to embassies are non-refundable.
• Hajj & Umrah packages have specific cancellation windows.

3. Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, and health certificates are valid and meet destination requirements.

4. Liability

Sokeeye Travel & Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, embassies). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, loss of baggage, or any damages caused by third parties.

5. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to amend itineraries, prices, or service terms when necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, in the competent courts of Mogadishu.
